Free German Language Proficiency Test at DTLINKS
This test aims to assess your current German proficiency level in order to assign the most suitable course for you at DTLINKS.
The test evaluates your grammar, vocabulary knowledge, and listening-reading skills from level A1 to B2.
The questions will adapt to your German proficiency. The higher your level, the more difficult the questions will be.
The test duration is between 20 to 40 minutes, depending on your level.
Please answer the multiple-choice questions until the message “You have completed the test” appears on your screen.
To ensure the most accurate result of your German proficiency, please DO NOT USE any assistance like dictionaries, the internet, Google Translate, or ask others for help while taking the test.
The questions in the test are randomly selected from a database of multiple-choice questions. You can retake the test if you wish, and a different set of questions will be prepared for you. NOTE: To achieve the most accurate result, it’s advisable to retake the test on the following day, rather than doing it repeatedly on the same day.
