Vocational training abroad – Driver/ Professional driver

Eligible Participants:

  • Graduates with a minimum high school diploma. Having a diploma from a vocational college, college, or university in fields such as food, biochemistry, culinary processing, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanics, electricity, or engineering is an advantage.
  • German language proficiency for departure: No certificate required, but learning German for work purposes is encouraged.
  • Having experience in the advertised field is an advantage.
  • Age: 18 to 35 years old.
  • Good health; clean criminal record (no prior convictions).

Application Period and Participation Timeline:

  • Application deadline: Year-round.
  • Visa processing time: 4-6 months from the date of submitting complete documentation.
  • Contract duration: 8 months. After the contract expires, participants can return to work. For those with a vocational college or higher degree in relevant fields (food, biochemistry, culinary processing, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanics, electricity, engineering) who obtain a German A2 certificate or higher during their work period, the contract can be extended to 4 years.

Participant Benefits:

  • Basic salary: €13.83/hour, €2,400–€2,600/month for a 40-hour workweek (equivalent to 65–75 million VND, excluding overtime). Night shifts receive a 25% basic salary bonus.
  • Additional work registration of up to 40 hours/week, 174 hours/month. Public holidays are paid at 150% of the basic salary.
  • Accommodation costs around €260/month, arranged by the company; one meal per shift provided.
  • Access to an online German language learning application.

Participation Process:

  • Application review. Deadline: September 5, 2024.
  • Sign contracts with German employers: September 10, 2024, in Hanoi, and September 11, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Attend German language training at An Duong Group while waiting for the visa.
  • Receive a visa and depart for work in Germany.

Program Fees and Payment Timeline:

  • €5,000, including German language training fees. Flight ticket cost: 15 million VND. Anti-escape deposit: €2,000.
  • Registration fee: 10 million VND (non-refundable).
  • After passing the interview and signing a contract: Pay €3,000.
  • Upon obtaining a visa: Pay the remaining amount and the anti-escape deposit (€2,000).

Required Documents:

  • Company-provided CV template (original); 2 passport-sized photos (4×6).
  • Medical certificate for overseas work (original).
  • Certified copies of diplomas, transcripts, and social insurance documents (if available).
  • For the interview: Wear a white shirt and dark trousers; bring original documents for verification.

Candidates must arrive at the company 5 days before the interview for preparation. Free dormitory accommodation is provided.

Note: If applicants have paid social insurance in their graduation field for 18 months or more (insurance must reflect the job position relevant to the field of study), the 42 certificate is not required. However, proficiency in the German language is mandatory for work and life in Germany and is also a requirement for permanent residency in the country.
