Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates of high school or higher. Having a formal degree in fields such as food, biochemistry, culinary processing, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other technical fields is an advantage.
- German language proficiency for departure: No certification required, but learning the language for work purposes is encouraged.
- Work experience in the applied field is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 35 years old.
- Good health; clean criminal record (no past convictions).
Application Timeline and Participation Process
- Application Deadline: Open year-round.
- Visa Processing Time: 4-6 months from the date of submitting a complete application.
- Contract Duration: 8 months. Upon contract completion, applicants may return to work. Applicants with a technical degree (in fields such as food, biochemistry, culinary processing, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) and a German language certificate of A2 or higher during their work period can extend their contract for up to 4 years.
Participant Benefits
- Base Salary: €13.83/hour, totaling €2,400–€2,600/month for a 40-hour workweek, equivalent to approximately 65–75 million VND (excluding overtime). Night shifts earn a 25% increase on the base salary.
- Overtime: Up to 40 hours/week, 174 hours/month. Working on public holidays earns 150% of the base salary.
- Housing: Accommodation costs around €260/month, arranged by the employer. One meal per shift provided.
- Support: Access to an online German language learning application.
Participation Process
- Application review (deadline: September 5, 2024).
- Contract signing with the German employer on September 10, 2024, in Hanoi, and September 11, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City.
- German language training at An Duong Group while waiting for the visa.
- Visa issuance and departure to Germany for work.
Program Fees and Payment Timeline
- Program Fee: €5,000, including German language training and airfare (15 million VND).
- Anti-escape Deposit: €2,000.
- Registration Deposit: 10,000,000 VND (non-refundable).
- Payment Schedule:
- Upon registration: Pay €3,000.
- Upon receiving the visa: Pay the remaining amount and the €2,000 anti-escape deposit.
Required Documents
- Company-provided CV template (original); 2 passport photos (4×6 cm).
- Health certificate for overseas work (original).
- Graduation certificate, transcripts, and social insurance documents (if available) (certified copies).
- Interview Requirements:
- Wear a white shirt and dark trousers.
- Bring original documents for verification.
Participants should arrive at the company 5 days before the interview for preparation, with free dormitory accommodation provided.
Note:
Applicants who have paid social insurance for at least 18 months in their respective fields of study (verified by social insurance documents) are exempt from the 42-hour certificate requirement. However, proficiency in the German language is mandatory for work, future life in Germany, and as a condition for permanent residency.
