Eligibility:
- Graduated from high school. Graduates with a degree in specialized fields such as food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or technical fields are preferred.
- German language proficiency for departure: No certificate required, but learning German for work purposes is encouraged.
- Experience in the relevant industry is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 35 years.
- Good health and a clean criminal record (no previous convictions).
Application Timeline and Process:
- Application deadline: Year-round.
- Visa processing time: 4-6 months from the date of submission of complete documents.
- Contract duration: 8 months. After contract expiration, employees may return for further work. For those with a degree (vocational training or higher) in the fields such as food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or technical fields, and with a German language certificate A2 or higher during work, the contract can be extended for another 4 years.
Benefits for Trainees:
- Base salary: €13.83/hour, €2,400 – €2,600/month for 40 hours/week, equivalent to 65-75 million VND (not including overtime). Night shifts earn a 25% bonus.
- Option to work up to 40 hours/week (174 hours/month), and holiday work pays 150% of the base salary.
- Housing: approximately €260/month, arranged by the company. One meal per day provided.

Participation Process:
- Application review deadline: September 5, 2024.
- Contract signing with the German employer: September 10, 2024 in Hanoi, September 11, 2024 in HCM City.
- Participate in German language training at An Dương Group during the visa processing period.
- Obtain a visa and depart for work in Germany.
Program Fees and Schedule:
- Total fee: €5,000, including German language training. Airfare: 15 million VND. Anti-escape deposit: €2,000.
- Room registration fee: 10,000,000 VND (non-refundable).
- Room furniture fee, with contract: Submit €3,000.
- When the visa is approved: Pay the remaining balance and the anti-escape deposit of €2,000.
Required Documents:
- CV in the company’s format (original); 2 passport-sized photos (4×6).
- Health certificate for overseas employment (original).
- Graduation certificates, transcripts, and social insurance records (if applicable) (notarized).
- Interview attire: White shirt, dark-colored pants. Bring a change of clothes.
- Arrive at the company 5 days prior for interview preparation; free accommodation provided.
Note: If the applicant has paid social insurance for at least 18 months in a job related to their degree (the insurance must indicate their job position matching their field of study), a certificate is not required. However, language skills are mandatory for work and life in Germany and are a condition for permanent residency in Germany.
