Eligible Participants:
- Graduates from high school. Graduates from vocational schools (regular), colleges, and universities in the fields of: food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanics, electricity, engineering, etc., are a plus.
- German proficiency for departure: No certification required, but learning the language for work is encouraged.
- Experience in the relevant industry is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 35 years.
- Good health; clean criminal record (no criminal history).
Application Timeline and Process:
- Application deadline: Year-round.
- Visa processing time: 4-6 months from the date of submission of a complete application.
- Contract duration: 8 months, with the option to return for work after contract expiration. For candidates with a vocational diploma or higher in the relevant fields, if they obtain a German language certificate (A2 or higher) during their employment, the contract can be extended for 4 years.
Benefits for Participants:
- Basic salary: €13.83/hour, €2,400-€2,600/month for 40 hours/week, equivalent to 65 to 75 million VND (excluding overtime). Night shifts are paid at a 25% increase in the basic salary.
- Overtime: Can work up to 40 hours/week, 174 hours/month, and holiday work is paid at 150% of the basic salary.
- Housing: Approximately €260/month, arranged by the company. One meal per day is provided.
- Free access to an online German language learning app.
Process:
- Review of applications. Final deadline: September 5, 2024.
- Signing contracts with German employers: September 10, 2024, in Hanoi; September 11, 2024, in HCM City.
- German language training at An Dương Group during the waiting period for the visa.
- Visa issuance and departure for work in Germany.
Program Fees and Schedule:
- Total fee: €5,000, which includes the German language learning fee and a flight fee of 15 million VND. A deposit of €2,000 for escape prevention.
- Registration deposit: 10,000,000 VND (non-refundable).
- Room and board contract: Submit €3,000.
- Upon visa approval: Submit the remaining fee and the €2,000 escape prevention deposit.
Required Documents:
- CV in the company’s format (original); 2 passport-sized photos (4×6).
- Health certificate for overseas work (original).
- Diplomas, transcripts, and social insurance documents (if available) (notarized).
- Interview dress code: White shirt, dark trousers. Bring original documents for verification.
- Attend an interview preparation session at the company 5 days before the interview, with free accommodation.
Note: If the applicant has paid social insurance related to their field of study for 18 months or more (insurance must reflect the relevant job position), there is no need for a certificate. However, language proficiency is required for both work and future living in Germany, as it is also a prerequisite for obtaining permanent residency in Germany.
