Eligibility:

- Graduation from high school (equivalent to a secondary school diploma). Graduates with qualifications in specialized fields such as food science, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc., are at an advantage.
- German language proficiency for departure: No certification required, but learning the language is encouraged for work purposes.
- Work experience in relevant industries is an advantage.
- Age range: 18 to 35 years.
- Good health; clean criminal record (no previous convictions).

- Application Deadline: Year-round.
- Visa Waiting Time: 4-6 months from submission of complete documents.
- Contract Duration: 8 months; upon completion, workers may return for employment. For those with a secondary school diploma or higher in fields like food science, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc., and who possess a German language certificate of A2 or above during their work period, the contract may be extended for 4 years.
Benefits for Applicants:

- Basic Salary: €13.83/hour, €2,400 – €2,600/month for 40 hours/week, equivalent to 65 – 75 million VND (not including overtime). Night shifts earn 25% more than the basic salary.
- Option to work up to 40 hours/week, 174 hours/month; work on public holidays pays 150% of the basic salary.
- Accommodation provided at approximately €260/month (arranged by the company); one meal per day.
- Free access to an online German language learning application.
Application Procedure:

- Document Review Deadline: September 5, 2024.
- Signing Contract with Employers (Germany): September 10, 2024 in Hanoi, September 11, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City.
- German Language Course: Participate in German language classes at An Duong Group while waiting for the visa.
- Visa Approval: After obtaining the visa, departure for employment in Germany.
Program Fees and Payment Structure:

- Total fee: €5,000, which includes the German language course, airfare (15 million VND). Anti-escape deposit: €2,000.
- Room Registration: Deposit of 10,000,000 VND (non-refundable).
- Room Agreement: Submit €3,000.
- After receiving the visa: Pay the remaining amount and the anti-escape deposit (€2,000).
Required Documents:

- CV in the company’s format (original).
- Two passport-size photos (4×6 cm).
- Health certificate for overseas employment (original).
- Graduation certificate, transcripts, and social insurance record (if applicable) (notarized).
- Interview Attire: White shirt, dark-colored pants, and bring original documents for verification.
- Attend a pre-interview training session at the company, accommodation provided for free.
Note: Applicants with over 18 months of social insurance contributions in a relevant field (the insurance must indicate the job position according to the field of study) do not need certificate 42. However, language proficiency is required for both work and daily life in Germany and is also a condition for permanent residency in Germany.
