Eligibility:
- Graduates with a high school diploma or higher. Graduates from vocational schools (regular), colleges, or universities in fields such as food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or engineering are an advantage.
- German language proficiency for departure: No certificate required, but it is encouraged to learn German for work.
- Experience in the relevant industry is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 35 years old.
- Good health; Clean criminal record (no previous convictions).
Application Time and Process:
- Application deadline: Year-round.
- Visa waiting time: 4-6 months from the date of submission of complete documents.
- Contract duration: 8 months. After the contract ends, you can return to work. For applicants with a vocational diploma or higher in fields such as food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or engineering, if they obtain a German language certificate (A2 level or higher) during their employment, they can have their contract extended for 4 years.
Benefits for Participants:
- Basic salary: €13.83/hour, €2,400-2,600/month for 40 hours/week, equivalent to 65 to 75 million VND (excluding overtime). Night shifts earn an additional 25% of the basic salary.
- Additional work can be up to 40 hours/week, or 174 hours/month. Working on holidays earns 150% of the basic salary.
- Accommodation costs approximately €260/month, arranged by the company, with one meal per day provided.
- Access to an online German language learning app.
Participation Process:
- Application review. Deadline: September 5, 2024.
- Contract signing with the German employer: September 10, 2024 in Hanoi, September 11, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City.
- German language training at An Duong Group during the visa waiting period.
- Receive the visa and depart to work in Germany.
Program Fee and Process:
- €5,000, including the German language course fee and the flight ticket fee (15 million VND).
- Deposit to prevent absconding: €2,000.
- To register for participation, a deposit of 10,000,000 VND is required (non-refundable).
- Room fees with a contract: Pay €3,000.
- When the visa is issued: Pay the remaining amount and the absconding prevention deposit of €2,000.
Required Documents:
- CV (original).
- 2 passport photos (4×6).
- Health certificate for overseas work (original).
- Graduation certificate, transcript, Social Insurance (if any) documents (notarized).
- For the interview: Wear a white shirt, dark pants, and bring the original documents for verification.
- Arrive at the company 5 days before the interview for practice (free accommodation).
Note: If the applicant has paid Social Insurance for 18 months or more in a relevant industry, the 42 certificate is not required. However, language proficiency is mandatory for work and life in Germany and is also required for permanent residency in Germany.
