Participants:
- Graduated from high school or higher. Graduates from vocational school, college, or university in the following fields are given priority: food technology, biochemistry, culinary processing, food processing technology, organic chemistry, mechanics, electricity, engineering, etc.
- German language proficiency for departure: Certification not required, but learning German is encouraged for work.
- Work experience in the recruitment field is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 35 years old.
- Good health; clean criminal record (no prior convictions or criminal offenses).
Application and Participation Timeline:
- Application submission: Year-round.
- Visa waiting period: 4-6 months from the date of full application submission.
- Contract duration: 8 months, renewable. Those with a vocational diploma or higher in relevant fields (e.g., food technology, biochemistry, mechanics, electricity, engineering, etc.) and who obtain a German language certificate of A2 or higher during the job period can have their contracts extended for 4 years.
Benefits for Participants:
- Basic salary: €13.83/hour, €2,400-€2,600/month for a 40-hour workweek (equivalent to VND 65-75 million, excluding overtime). Night shifts earn an additional 25% of the base salary.
- Overtime available: up to 40 hours/week, 174 hours/month. Holiday work pays 150% of the base salary.
- Accommodation costs around €260/month arranged by the corporation; 1 meal per shift provided.
- Free access to an online German language learning application.
Participation Process:
- Application review: Deadline September 5, 2024.
- Sign employment contracts: September 10, 2024, in Hanoi; September 11, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Study German at An Duong Corporation while waiting for a visa.
- Obtain a visa and depart for work in Germany.
Program Fee and Payment Schedule:
- €5,000, which includes German language training and airfare (approx. VND 15 million). A €2,000 deposit to prevent absconding.
- Registration deposit: VND 10,000,000 (non-refundable).
- After passing the interview: Pay €3,000.
- Upon receiving the visa: Pay the remaining balance and the €2,000 deposit.
Required Documents:
- Company’s CV form (original); 2 passport photos (4×6).
- Health check certificate for overseas work (original).
- Graduation certificate, transcript, and social insurance records (if available) (certified copies).
- Interview attire: White shirt, dark pants, and bring original documents for verification.
Candidates must be present at the company 5 days before the interview for free accommodation and interview preparation.
Note:
Applicants with at least 18 months of social insurance contributions in a position matching their field of study do not need Certificate 42. However, German language proficiency is mandatory for work, future living, and meeting the conditions for permanent residence in Germany.
