Eligibility Criteria
- Education: High school diploma or higher. Graduates from technical schools, colleges, or universities in fields such as food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other technical disciplines are an advantage.
- German Language Proficiency for Departure: No certification required, but learning German for work purposes is encouraged.
- Work Experience: Experience in the relevant field is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 35 years old.
- Health: Must be in good health.
- Criminal Record: Clean criminal record (no previous convictions).
Application Timeline and Process
- Application Deadline: Open year-round.
- Visa Processing Time: 4-6 months from submitting a complete application.
- Contract Duration: 8 months. After the contract ends, there is the possibility to return to work. For those with a technical degree (food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) and a German language certificate of A2 or higher during the work period, contracts can be extended for up to 4 years.
Participant Benefits
- Basic Salary: €13.83/hour, €2,400-€2,600/month for a 40-hour workweek, equivalent to 65-75 million VND (excluding overtime). Night shifts earn a 25% increase in base salary.
- Overtime: Up to 40 hours/week, 174 hours/month. Working on public holidays earns 150% of the base salary.
- Accommodation: Approx. €260/month, arranged by the employer. One meal per shift provided.
- Language Learning: Access to an online German language application.
Participation Process
- Document Review: Deadline for submission is September 5, 2024.
- Contract Signing with German Employer: September 10, 2024, in Hanoi, and September 11, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City.
- German Language Training: During the visa waiting period, applicants will attend German language classes at An Duong Group.
- Visa Issuance and Departure: Once the visa is issued, applicants will depart for Germany to work.
Program Fees and Payment Timeline
- Total Program Fee: €5,000, which includes German language training and airfare (15 million VND).
- Anti-Escape Deposit: €2,000.
- Registration Deposit: 10,000,000 VND (non-refundable).
- Payment Schedule:
- Upon Registration: Pay €3,000.
- Upon Visa Approval: Pay the remaining balance and the €2,000 anti-escape deposit.
Required Documents
- CV: Follow the company’s template (original).
- Health Certificate: For overseas workers (original).
- Educational Documents: Diploma, transcripts, and social insurance records (if available), notarized.
- Interview Requirements:
- Dress in a white shirt and dark pants.
- Bring original documents for verification.
Applicants must arrive at the company 5 days before the interview for preparation. Dormitory accommodation is provided for free.
Note:
Applicants who have paid social insurance for at least 18 months in their field of study (proven by social insurance records) are exempt from the 42-hour certificate requirement. However, proficiency in German is mandatory for work, living in Germany, and obtaining permanent residency.
