1. Target Participants:
- Graduates with a high school diploma. If you graduated from a vocational school (regular), college, or university in fields such as food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other technical fields, it is an advantage.
- German language proficiency required for departure: No certificate required, but learning the language is encouraged for work purposes.
- Experience in the relevant field is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 35 years old.
- Good health; clean criminal record (no previous criminal history).
2. Application Period and Participation Process:
- Application deadline: Year-round.
- Visa processing time: 4-6 months from the date of complete application submission.
- Contract duration: 08 months. After the contract ends, you can return to work. For those with a diploma from vocational school or higher in the fields of food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and technical fields, if you obtain a German language certificate of A2 level or higher during the work process, the contract can be extended for 4 years.
3. Benefits for Participants:
- Basic salary: €13.83/hour, €2,400-€2,600/month for 40 hours/week, equivalent to 65 to 75 million VND (excluding overtime). Night shift pay increases by 25% of the base salary.
- Option to register for up to 40 hours/week, 174 hours/month. Work on holidays is paid at 150% of the base salary.
- Housing: Around €260/month, arranged by the company. One meal per day provided.
- Access to an online German language learning app.
4. Participation Process:
- Application review. Final submission date: 05.09.2024.
- Contract signing with the German employer: 10.09.2024 in Hanoi, 11.09.2024 in Ho Chi Minh City.
- German language learning at An Duong Group during the waiting period for the visa.
- Visa approval and departure for work in Germany.
5. Program Fee and Process:
- Total fee: €5,000, which includes German language training; flight ticket cost: 15 million VND; anti-escape deposit: €2,000.
- Room registration deposit: 10,000,000 VND. Non-refundable if you do not attend.
- Room assignment and contract: Deposit of €3,000.
- Upon receiving the visa: Pay the remaining fee and anti-escape deposit of €2,000.
6. Required Documents:
- CV as per the company template (original); 2 passport-sized photos (4×6).
- Health certificate for overseas employment (original).
- Graduation certificate, transcripts, social insurance documents (if any) (notarized).
- For the interview: Dress in a white shirt and dark pants, bring your original ID for verification.
- Arrive at the company 5 days before the interview for practice. Free accommodation provided.
Note: If the applicant has paid social insurance for the relevant industry for 18 months or more (insurance must indicate the position in the field of study), a certificate is not required. However, proficiency in the language is essential for work and future life in Germany and is a requirement for permanent residence.
