Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduated with at least a high school diploma. If graduated from a vocational school (regular), college, or university in the following fields: food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical fields, it is an advantage.
- German proficiency for departure: No certification required, encouraged to learn the language for work.
- Experience in the relevant field is an advantage.
- Age: 18 to 35 years.
- Good health; Clean criminal record (no previous convictions).
Application Time and Participation Path:
- Application deadline: Year-round.
- Visa waiting time: 4-6 months after submitting a complete application.
- Contract duration: 08 months. After the contract ends, you can return to work. For those with a vocational diploma or higher in fields like food, biochemistry, culinary arts, food technology, organic chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and technical fields, if you have a German A2 certificate during your work, your contract can be extended for 4 years.
Benefits for Participants:
- Basic salary: €13.83/hour, €2,400 – €2,600/month for 40 hours/week, equivalent to 65-75 million VND (not including overtime). Night shift: 25% more.
- Can register for up to 40 hours/week, 174 hours/month, with a 150% basic salary for holiday work.
- Housing allowance: €260/month, arranged by the company. One meal per day.
- German language learning app provided.
Participation Process:
- Review of applications. Deadline: September 5, 2024.
- Signing contract with the employer from Germany: September 10, 2024 in Hanoi, September 11, 2024 in HCM.
- German language learning at An Dương Group during visa waiting time.
- Receive visa and depart for work in Germany.
Program Fee and Path:
- €5,000, including German language learning fee, flight ticket: 15 million VND. Anti-escape deposit: €2,000.
- Register for participation: Deposit 10,000,000 VND, non-refundable.
- For room contracts: Submit €3,000.
- When you get the visa: Submit the remaining amount and the anti-escape deposit of €2,000.
Required Documents:
- CV in company format (original); 2 passport-sized photos 4×6.
- Health certificate for overseas workers (original).
- Graduation certificate, transcripts, Social Insurance records (if any) (Notarized).
- Interview dress code: White shirt, dark pants, bring original documents for verification.
- Be present at the company 5 days before the interview for training. Free accommodation available.
NOTE: If the candidate has paid Social Insurance for 18 months or more in the relevant field (the insurance must indicate the job position according to the field of study), the 42 certification is not required. However, language proficiency is mandatory for work and life in Germany, and it is also a requirement for obtaining permanent residency in Germany.
